Audio sounds robotic with Zoom 5.12.9

Hi, I've been using a iMac Pro with ultrastudio mini recorder for years now and every time there is a major update, I run into an issue. 

 

My current issue is with the Audio. Zoom will freeze when trying to connect to audio. When it is able to connect, the audio sounds choppy/robotic. If I use OBS with YouTube, audio is perfect. If I use the microphone with the iMac, perfect. But I need to use the audio from the Ultrastudio. Any help!?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start webinar
Join from mobile browser with chrome or others with any device (ex: samsung note 8, oneplus)
