Audio problem

Last week I started having problems with the audio: people hear my voice but not the music. This has never happened before: I have always used an external ipad for music, because if I put music from my pc they couldn't hear; but now they can't hear from an external source either. What could it be? Thanks very much

I don't have a solution I'm afraid, just sympathy as a user who is having similar issues (which have been going on since before Christmas). I never had a problem before and it's becoming a disincentive for participants to join my exercise to music classes

I'm having the same issue which also began suddenly.  It happens when I am attempting to share the video and audio of my second screen.  The video works fine and in most cases you can hear the person singing but no background. music.  I've tried everything I can think of including rolling back to a previous version.
