Audio not working - Freezes Zoom and won't let me adjust setting

I am struggling with zoom's audio - the setting is currently on audio streaming. I am trying to set it back to my mic. I clicked on streaming by mistake and now zoom won't let me select anything else. As soon as I try to open zoom audio settings it buffers, and then says not responding. I have force quit the program a number of times, reset my computer and am stumped. I am trying to figure out how to reset zoom, or uninstall - but I am not seeing the uninstall option on zoom app or through the desk top. Any suggestions welcome.

I am having a similar issue. When I join a meeting it says the audio is set to (null) and I can't hear the audio through my computer speakers. All other applications and audio work fine. All the settings seem to work in Zoom, but when I click the audio setting it jams and says "Application Not Responding" and I have to Force Quit from Zoom. I can't seem to find a way to correct this. I too would love some assistance on correcting this issue. Thanks!
