Audio issues -Interpretation channel issues

Hello team,

Its strange that from last 1 week I am experiencing the audio issue while we are turning on different channel.

 

Issue is that when we turn on interpretation channel and I wanted to hear English by muting the original audio to ensure I only hear English and not the original conversation. But since last week I am hearing both together and the conversation is becoming messed up.

We have 3 premium accounts with you and we are facing this issue when we use personal account. Can someone call me or help me to sort this out else we may have to think of alternatives.

I have tried to trouble shoot by turning of background runs or ensure CPU utilization is less than 50% etc but still the issue persists-Please sugget

@raavi1615 Try reinstalling Zoom. It might help solve the glitch.
