Audio distortion / volume instability

Hi - I have a Pro account with Zoom. I host small groups via Advanced shared computer audios (sharing Spotify music), using an AOC desktop, with my voiceovers via a USB microphone for guided breathwork meditations. I have had two different issues with shared audio for participants in recent weeks that are both problematic, both happening about 15 minutes in to the hour long sessions: (1) the first time the music mysteriously suddenly went much louder for the participants. (2) the second time my voice started distorting and the music too, to the point that it was disruptive and unpleasant for the participants. Can you suggest what I can do please to resolve?
