Audio delay of 200ms

So, I've been using the screen scrapping for live events since early last year but over the last 2 months I've had to add a 200ms delay to the output audio of Zoom. Has anybody else seen a consistent desync from zoom participants? NDI from Zoom Rooms isn't a resolution here since it's limited to 3 outputs only (currently).

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

Still have yet to find an answer and after running 2 events this week, I'm still finding there is a delay. Even the other coordinator asked if I was seeing it since he was noticing it on his end too.
