Good day,

 

Trust that you are well.

 

We would kindly like to enquire as to why any of out meeting recordings are unable to playback any audio? Please note that we are able to see video from the recorded meeting files however, no audio is present when playing the audio files.

 

With that being said, is there perhaps anything in specific that needs to be done in order to be able to hear audio from the recordings?

Please ignore this enquiry as we found that the issue was caused by a sound setting on the respective laptop.
