Hello, can I record each meeting participant in a separate audio file without video using a Pro license?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @GuWi.

 

This is available in both Cloud and Local recording by checking the Separate Audio Files check box. 

Cloud Recording options are set in the Web Browser/Zoom Web Portal under Settings -> Recording. Link Recording options are set on the desktop app’s Settings website on the Recording tab.
