Audio Issues when recording a meeting with music

I need help.

When recording a meeting, my participants cannot hear me. The audio cuts in and out.

Also, when I play music for them to hear from a stereo, they cannot hear my music at all!

It just started to happen this week.

Any ideas what the issues is and how to fix it?
