Audio Issues on Recorded Zoom

I experienced exactly the same problem recently. Having recorded 40 interviews without issue over the past 12 months, the recorded audio of one of the speakers is totally distorted even though it was fine on the call. Were you able to resolve or understand the reason? Thanks.

I was having this issue too.  I ended up using an online audio test and determined it was my speaker set up. (Didnt have audio on youtube either)  Switched to a different speaker in the sound manager and my audio works fine.

Thanks Sarah. My problem didn't materialise again so seems like I just got unlucky with the audio file download on one occasion. Interestingly though the zoom audio file was corrupt but I was able to convert audio from the video file which was fine.
