Hello,

I am wondering if Zoom has the capability to generate an attendance report with customized fields.

To work around this limitation, I have been using online tools like Google Forms or Microsoft Forms to collect attendance information. These forms are shared with participants during the meeting, allowing them to provide their details.

If anyone has suggestions or alternative solutions, I would love to hear them.

Thank you for your response and the helpful link. However, I am specifically looking for the ability to generate an attendance report with customized fields—fields where I can define the type of information to be collected (e.g., department, role, or any other custom data).

The standard attendance report seems limited to preset fields, and I am wondering if there is any way to expand or customize these fields, either natively within Zoom or through integrations.

If this feature is not currently available, I would appreciate any suggestions or alternatives.

You could use APIs to extract the custom fields e.g. department, role, custom data. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you extract Zoom meeting and webinar reports with custom fields.
