As the host I would like to be able to write on someone elses screen during training

Used to be able to write on another members screen, especially as the host.  Now this has been removed and the user has to give specific permission (according to AI).  This has degraded the experience significantly for me, as I do a lot of training and am viewing the members screens and making comments. What made zoom so special and unique is now gone.

Hey @taylormade2001 ,

Thank you for sharing your concern. Yes, it used to be possible for meeting participants to annotate on another participant's shared screen in Zoom, but this feature has been changed. Zoom did not remove the ability for participants to annotate on another participant's shared screen. The annotation feature is still available, but it can be disabled by the meeting host, or the participant may not have the correct settings enabled on their device.

We know it's another step or two to have that enabled but we hope you still keep on using it as it is indeed one of the many features that makes Zoom unique.
