Approved registrations being asked to reregister

We are having an issue with some of our meetings, participants are being asked to register even though they have an approved registration and link.  Its not everyone, just some people and not every meeting.

    Hi, a common reason this occurs is because participants click on the registration link which is often easier to locate than the join link. We use salepager.com (a Zoom marketplace app) to ensure they receive a reminder with the join link so there's no confusion over how to join.

    We are having this issue. We have about 4 webinars a month & this is a common occurrence. I'll have at least 5-10 people need to reregister. They are not clicking the registration link, they are clicking join. Can someone give me some troubleshooting things I can send to these people?
