About a minute after I start a meeting my camera blurs into a bizarre multi-colored freeze frame. It's been working fine up until a week ago. Any idea what's happening? Thanks!

My friend and I both have had the same issue since the latest update.  It freezes. Or it fades out to a white screen with black where your hair is.  Or it has 2 boxes at top of your box with someone else in the chats picture.  It will alternate through. Sometimes it's upside down.  Very strange.  Can't find anything else about it online. Decided to try here to see if anyone else is having same issues.  I have HP laptop and so does my friend. Everything is up-to-date.

I just updated the software again and it seems to work now OK. I went into the app on my desktop and clicked the updater. After reading similar comments it looks like this solves the problem...hopefully.

Switch off the Advance setting - Optimise video quality with de noise
