Hi.

I use ZOOM to stream Funeral Services. I use a laptop as my main device and could switch to my phone anytime without disconnecting my laptop. On Sunday when I tried it, it asked me to switch over and disconnected my laptop. That was a feature I really enjoyed because when I needed to move outside, I could switch to my phone and while keeping laptop simultaneously  on. Why did that change? It was very useful for my application.

Thanks

Hi @WarrenCannell

This is a recent change to allow people to seamlessly move a meeting or webinar between devices. Since this doesn't work for your needs, I would recommend you disable the transfer meeting ability, which should allow you to continue joining the same meeting from multiple devices and staying connected on all.

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
