Hi Zoom, Although my plan is paid plan why i cannot record and why i cannot delete cloud storage files?

Hi @SundayKhyne first, I would ensure that you are assigned the licensed that you purchased. If you have Assigned your Zoom licenses correctly, you will see your license assigned to your Zoom profile within the web portal at https://zoom.us/profile under Account > Licenses.
From there you should have cloud recording features available to you.
