Alternative Host

I need to make a colleague the Alternative host for a meeting. This is the message i get when i put his email into the OPTION: Alternative Host box  "Unable to assign "***********" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time"

Alternative hosts have account requirements. One requirement is both users need to be Licensed and on the same account. I have a Pro account; ever though I pay, there are no other users on my account, so I can't use an alternative host. If this answers your question, please click Accept as Solution.
