Alternative Host Stopped Working

My Alternative Host feature just randomly stopped working.  Licensed users at my job, who I was able to add as alternative hosts before, are no longer recognized.  When I attempt to save them, Zoom say that they "could not be found".  Is anyone else having this problem?

I can't start a meeting that I was an alternative host for for several months! It randomly stopped working today.

I have been having the same problem for the last several weeks. Another licensed user at my company is no longer able to start meetings or admit participants, even though she is shown as an alternative host in the meeting setup. I deleted and recreated the meetings but that hasn't helped. Has anyone found a solution?
