Allowing different people to enter at different times

Hi All,

Recently started a new job and I do a lot of work assisting my boss with hiring people. She asked me today to schedule a zoom interview with a job candidate. There will be a panel of 5 people interviewing this candidate. My boss stated in her email to me requesting the scheduling of this zoom interview: “the interview should start about 20 mins before the candidate joins so that we as the panel can get organized.” 

Is there a way to schedule the meeting so that is starts at let’s say 11am for the interviewers, but 11:20am for the candidate?

We have a similar situation. I enabled the meeting room for external users, so they can sit in the waiting room until they are manually admitted.
