On My settings, participants are allowed to join before the host, and also on our account management but all participants were not allowed unless I'm in. What am I missing here?
Also, this has worked for me before and I haven't made any adjustments so I'm confused about what happened.

After a bunch of Trial/Error, my final solution to this issue was the following settings, which seemed to have escaped the Zoom Support folks.
- In order for this to work (i.e. no waiting) the following have to be set:
Zoom Support neglected to provide instruction on #2 and #3. If these are set to OFF, then security defaults to "Waiting Room". If you then check the "User required to Authenticate" as a Security Option (while Waiting Room is OFF in global settings) then you cannot chose another option and it won't let you change it back. Therefore, you MUST have Meeting Passcode = ON and PMI = ON for the "No waiting for host" and a "one click" experience.
