When I worked at a professional services firm that used Zoom colleagues could start meetings using my personal meeting room before I joined the call. At a startup now with my own zoom account I can't seem to enable that to work. I know you can disable the meeting room and enable participants to join before me and both those settings are enabled. Yet still guests are put in a waiting room when using my personal meeting room. As a use case I am on holiday next week, but the standing team meeting is a invite from my diary with my personal meeting room details - I'd like the team to be able to have that call when I am away. I have read that you really can enable guests to join before me if I create a specific zoom link for a meeting, but for years I just put my personal meeting room details in a calendar invite and I like working that way. If you know of a way to enable guests to join my personal meeting room without me I would be delighted to hear it! Thanks in advance, Fred
