I paid for entreprise for 3 years and I just noticed that my recordings from July 2023 and before are all gone. They were just there a few months ago. All I was told was sorry we can't retrieve those. My entire business meetings, videos, and trainings were on zoom. I didn't back them all up.
I don't even understand how that's possible. This is unacceptable on all levels. I need someone to tell me where and how to get my stuff back. I didn't even get any kind of compensation or anything. Not that any amount of compensation can replace all the years of my business but "sorry" doesn't cut it.
Anyone else have this issue?
