Airpods not working in Zoom on PC.. works everywhere else

I recently paired my new Airpods Pro with my PC, and it is the default speaker/microphone. When I am in a Zoom meeting, I do not hear anything (nor can anyone hear my mic), even when the Zoom settings show I am connected to my Airpods. Volume is up everywhere. I have manually changed the mic/headphones within Zoom setting. I test speaker and microphone and no sound comes through my airpods  This is ONLY a Zoom issue (no trouble hearing any other audio on my PC) and it's not happening with the Zoom app on my phone.

Hello @jshamout,

It is possible that you need to tell your PC that you give the Zoom app permission to use your audio. This is often asked of you when you first download the Zoom Workplace app at zoom.com/download, but it is an opt-in or opt-out that you can choose yes or no or connect later.

To give Zoom permission to use your PC's audio, open your Windows settings, navigate to "Privacy" > "Microphone," then ensure the toggle next to Zoom is switched "On" to allow it access to your microphone; you can also adjust settings within the Zoom app itself to manage audio preferences.

Let me know if that helps or not.
