Advanced options in screen share gone

When I click on screen share all that comes up is who can share and who can start sharing - that is it. I have gone to the account and tried to change settings there but nothing works. It is happening in our whole zoom portal so we can not share anything.. Thanks

The attachment you provided are the options of who can share. This popup is accessed by clicking on the ^ carrot next to the Share button. If you click on the main Share button and not the carrot, you will be presented with standard sharing options.
