Adding transcription after the meeting ends

I recently participated in a Zoom meeting.  The meeting owner recorded the meeting but forgot to turn on audio transcriptions.
Is there any way for me or the meeting owner to generate a transcript now that the meeting is over?

No, you can't generate one now, but you might ask the meeting Host if one was generated in a Cloud Recording.
