Adding registration requirement to existing recurring meeting

Hello! I set up a recurring meeting and am trying to add the registration requirement to it but when I hit the Registration tab nothing happens. I was actually pretty sure that I had already set this up but at the meeting this morning no one registered!

Is that meeting a no-fixed-time recurring meeting? If that's the case, registration is not possible.
