Adding a secondary account manager

Hello, I am having trouble finding the answer to this question.

How do I allow my assistant, who is already added to my account as a licensed user with her own login, to be able to answer any in-call chats and let people arriving late into the meeting so I can focus on the speaking during my live zoom meetings? It seems the only thing that has worked somewhat, is making her a co-host every time I start a new meeting but I am looking for a default option so I don't have to remember to do this every time.

Please help!

Hello. Co-hosts by default are assigned after the meeting starts - as you pointed out. The one way to make someone a co-host automatically is to make that person an Alternative host. Zoom has a great support page on Alternative host and how to set one up. The link is below. If this works, and answers your question, please click Accept as Solution. Thank you.
