If you want to pin a chat message with donation information to be visible to all participants throughout the meeting you can utilize custom captions. In the space where captions would appear you can use APIs to ensure donation information appears instead. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you pin a message as a closed caption with donation information.
