Adding 3rd party survey link to meeting template

Hello!
Does anyone know if you can add a 3rd party survey link to a meeting template? I've tried to edit our template and there is a tab for 'polls' but no tab for 'surveys' even though I have it enabled under settings.

The surveys tab should appear even for previously scheduled meetings if it is enabled properly. Can you verify you enabled "Meeting Survey" and not "Display end-of-meeting experience feedback survey"?

I'm able to save the meeting template which I created a new survey but I don't see the survey questions saved to use again. Do you have to create a new survey for each webinar even tho I will use the same questions again?
