How can two log in's have the same account # ?  And if I cancel one of the accounts, will it cancel both?

Depending on your license, every account has an admin that can assign other users licenses available within that account. There can be a Business account, for example, with 10+ log-ins. 

 

To check who is the admin on your account, log-in via zoom.us and scroll down to Account Profile in the Admin section.
