Account appeal

I am a teaching teacher, my Zoom Pro account was disabled for unknown reasons and I have submitted an appeal using the form below. But it seems this function is not responding. The team can tell me why I got locked out of my account without violating anything and how long it will take to get a response if I file an appeal. I desperately need to reopen my account for teaching and learning. Thank you

    Unfortunately the volunteers in the Zoom Community don’t have access to account information or ability to make changes to accounts. Please continue to work with Zoom staff at:
    https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new 

    I know it can be frustrating, but they’re the only people who can look at your account.
