Accessing Polls

I created some polls in advance of a workshop I was going to facilitate on Zoom.  Normally, when I set up the Zoom meeting myself, I'm able to see the option to launch polls for the audience when I'm in the meeting.  In this case, however, I was not the one to set up the Zoom meeting - someone else did so I was not the main host.  When I joined the Zoom meeting, the host made me a co-host.  I went to launch a poll, but discovered the Poll feature was not available for me.  It did not show up in the main tool bar or under the "More" section.  I've had this happen before and don't understand why I can't access the polls I set up in advance when I'm a co-host even if it's for a meeting I didn't set up originally.

Hello,

Please review the following articles surrounding Zoom Polling:

Co Hosts should have access to launch polls. If you did not setup the meeting (which from your post it appears this is the case), then you would need to reach out to the host to see if they setup polling. If you are a co host of a meeting you did not setup, and if Polls are not available to you in that meeting you did not set up, then the host most likely did not have polls enabled for that meeting.

I would advise talking with the host and verifying if polls were enabled/setup for the meeting you were co-host on.

Thank you,

Jake

Great - thanks - I'll check with the host who set up the meeting.  Appreciate the quick response!
