Accessing Cloud Recording Transcripts via API

Hello,

I’m able to download cloud recordings, and transcription is enabled in the settings. I can see the transcripts in my profile through the browser.

However, I’m unfortunately unable to access them via the API and/or via Make.

Has anyone managed to retrieve all transcripts from every user in your organization using the API?

You can downlaod them if you write an app to do that.

Make would work if they put in the correct code there instead.

With what endpoints is this possible, so i can have a look to write this app?

I’ve already created a webhook that listens for when a Zoom transcription is completed, but unfortunately, no data is being received.

I already followed these articles 50 times or more.. unfortunately i can't fetch the Transcribe in the response..

And it is 100% available in the account and manually downloadable..

I'm missing collections someway...

This is the reason why i'm now looking for the solution in this community 🙂
