Access to cloud-recorded meetings

Hello, I need help accessing my cloud-recorded meetings. My company suspended the Zoom subscription without informing me, and I lost access to the recordings. I need to download interviews that were stored exclusively in the Zoom cloud. Does anyone know how I can regain access to these recordings?

You can purchase an individual Pro plan using the same account/email address, and you'll retain access to your recordings.

Thank you. I would like to clarify: does my company need to reactivate the corporate subscription, or would it be sufficient for me to purchase an individual plan to regain access to my recorded meetings?
