Access from US to Canada Zoom

I recently hosted a meeting in Canada but contacts in the US (California) were unable to join the meeting even though they had the correct link. Is there a setting that I omitted or entered incorrectly?

    It could be that your Data-center settings are excluding connections in the US. You can adjust those connections with the help of this article: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360042411451-Selecting-data-center-regions-for-meetings-webinars

    I had the same problem this am but US to Canada.
