About application running issue

Hello,

I have an MSI gf63 laptop with i5 11th gen 4.5Ghz, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD.

In recent days zoom was struck and it gave a 'zoom is not responding error' message.

So I restarted Zoom then worked correctly again. It doesn't work continuously until the end of my meetings.

How can I solve this issue?

I have important meetings at next week.

I want to fix this as soon as possible.

I installed a previous version of Zoom. It solved that problem easily.

Start with the classic choices. Uninstall and reinstall Zoom client. If that does not resolve the issue then you may have a corrupted OS. FYI, although i5 is a MINIMUM for participating on Zoom we always recommend an i7 for hosting Zoom.
