AI meeting notes

I need zoom to call me and figure out how to get the AI meeting notes to a person that requested it

I can't get technical support from zoom as I can't find any 6 or 10 digit codes that represent my business (even when I am on my profile page)

so please get zoom to call me. I have tried sales and they can't help. I am on hold with billing but they probably won't help either.  the sales guy emailed me this - https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057960 but I don't learn by reading stuff. I learn by having someone lead me step by step through something and then my brain memorizes it.  but looking at that link does me zero good.

I have tried to register with the Read AI account (never had that before either) and I think that I have it set up correctly.   but I have no idea how to use it.

How do i find my zoom notes from Dec 6th
