A strange gray box with green letter C on the bottom-left corner of screen

I found something strange - the gray box with the green letter C on my screen, so I decided to turn off applications one by one to find out.

As soon as I quit Zoom, it disappeared. Does anyone know what it is?

It didn't allow me to click or drag as well.
