In the new 6.0 update, every time I mute or unmute, a "chirp" noise that only I can hear is played through my audio device. This did not happen before this update and there does not appear to be any setting to disable this. How can it be turned off? It is super annoying.

For anyone who finds this in the future, it was the Sync Headset checkbox needed to be unchecked at the bottom of the Audio settings in Zoom Preferences:

Hello @bstrelko , I'm on Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1 and using air pods though it happens on the mac speakers and other audio devices too

WOW, THANK YOU! I would not have figured that out. I do indeed use a headset (no buttons), but that seems irrelevant to the mute/unmute alert settings IMO. Sounds like a bug to me.
