40 minute time limit for Zoom Pro user?

my account is added on  license but still i had time limit

can you give me advice

Hi @EunjiOh thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community! Could you try these two things

- review this support article and make sure the license has been assigned to your user account in the web portal https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115004976063-Assigning-a-License

- sign out of the zoom client entirely, then sign back in. Sometimes a refresh is all it needs!
