Hi All,
I am the Admin of our Tenant. This user has the appropriate license assigned, we even removed it and re-applied it.
We then did a remote session with them to ensure they had logged in correctly with SSO, their App says 'Licensed' as it should.
We ran a meeting with the user as the host, with 3 people, she dropped out at 40 minutes, it also shutdown her outlook at the same time.
Is there anything that would enforce the limit of 40 minutes to a Licensed user. Let alone also shut down her outlook.
Any registry values etc that may not have cleared etc.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
