1080p record for co-hosts

I organize weekly meetings.
The videos are recorded locally.
When I’m the one starting the meeting, the files are in 1080p quality.
However, when the meetings are started by the alternative hosts I’ve assigned, the recordings are only in 720p.
How can I fix this?

Are your alt hosts full-licensed users?  Would they have 1080 meetings if they started a meeting of their own?

No they not. They are partners which work for me.

I paid for other co hosts so it is stupid if they cannot have the same services that I have. 😞
