I have a meeting I created in zoom. It is appearing on my calendar in zoom, but it doesn't appear in my GOogle calendar. All of my google calendar entries appear in zoom calendar.

Hello @annace
Simply log into your Zoom account from a desktop computer and go to your profile page. Then, go to the bottom of your profile page and search for a section called Others. There, you will find a space where you can integrate your Google calendar with your Zoom account. It will automatically sync your Google calendar to your Zoom calendar.
Here is a screenshot to help you find this:

Thanks but I've already done that. It syncs from Google to Zoom but not the other way around

You may need to delete the instance and re-add it. The API call may be broken. I would not be able to see that unless I was remoted into your computer and inspecting the API call when you updated a meeting time or date, and then saved it. I would then have to watch the call go out on your internet to see where the issue lived. Your best bet is to make sure that the email that you use for Google and Zoom is the same and then re-add the integration again. Let me know how that goes, please.

hi, i tried deleting and re-adding. Zoom shows all of the calendar entries, whereas google calendar still has a missing entry created by zoom

Let me try and test this. We do not use Google anymore in our production instance so I will have to spin up one of my test accounts and integrate it with google calendar and see if it syncs both ways.

i tried that. still the same problem

I would try disconnecting and then reconnecting your Google calendar to Zoom in order to reset it. You can download the event invite manually from Zoom and add it to your Google calendar that way. If the issue persists there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that add events to your Google calendar when you create a Zoom meeting.
