Update email address

I have over 100 user's emails to change. What's the fastest way to do it?

I also need to do this. I've tried to follow this guide (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068315#h_01FYA8N17ZP13VNZKE6HAVK...), but The account owner role does not have the option to update email addresses.
