Trouble integrating zoom with Go high level

I am trying to add zoom inside Go High Level, but when I do so an error message comes up from this link:

https://api.leadconnectorhq.com/zoom/finish_oauth?code=3bQPy9oL19GZF7tdAaVR5KDhKuW2wSGmg&state=DDybyFCZNRUMJefQPS86%2CFye4UczlK9F62GMVnaFv

And says:

Zoom account exists!

This Zoom account is already integrated by Howard Whiteson in True Self Sales.
Please remove that integration to continue.

Where do i find that integration? Is it inside zoom or inside GHL? I have deleted the integrations in my profile. and changed my calendar integration to google - but I'm really confused by this.

Any help much appreciated
Howard

@howardwhiteson - Where did you find the integration, because I don't see it in the Zoom Marketplace?  The error sounds like it is from GHL since it is talking about the Zoom Account is already integrated, and that is not the style of any Zoom error messages.

Hi,

It isn't an integration in zoom. I am checking with GHL, thank you.

Hi Howard! I am just experiencing this same issue, were you  able to figure out a way to get these to connect?

I have 2 GHL accounts with calendars and the information I can find says that zoom can be connected to only one. I don't understand why it is not possible.  What is the work around for this? I use GHL calendar to schedule an appointment with either business, so why is it that zoom can't be on both. Is this a zoom restriction with the leadconnector?

I'm having the same problem - unable to connect Zoom. Is the limitation on Zoom's side or on HighLevel?

I am having the same issue, did you manage to get it sorted out?

Weirdly, the integration worked for me if I did it in incognito mode in the browser. Support recommended it, and I didn't think it would work but it did. It didn't appear to work in the connection process, but then when I went back into the calendar integrations, it had added successfully.
