Outgoing Zoom Mail Encryption Issues

I have used Zoom mail for more than a year and never had issues.  I got a new computer and all of my outgoing email is encrypted and I don't know how to resolve the issue.  I have the app on my phone and tablet and it is not an issue.  It only appears on my new device.  Does anyone have an answer/solution?
