Email body not showing

I have been trying to use my google workplace email in the zoom desktop app.  Some emails that I receive are not showing the body when I have it set to "Organize by Conversation" turned on.  If I turn it off, the messages all show up in full.  As soon as turn on the "organize by conversation" option, some email threads loose the body of the last email that was sent.
