Configure NAA for Office add-ins

Got an email saying that we need to enabled NAA by the 27th of January.

I am trying to enable the NAA in the Zoom web portal using the KB article (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0078410). I follow all the steps but once I put in the office creds and approve the permissions it kicks me back to a Zoom site that says uh-oh page not found. This feature is still not enabled.

I ran into the same issue by getting redirected to an uh-oh page. Went through the steps again and the setting was enabled without issue.

Hello community members!

Our technical team has acknowledged this issue and is actively working on a solution.

We do not have an estimated time when it will be fixed, but we will update you on this thread once we have the information.

For now, thank you for your patience and understanding.

Could the issue be related to diff Auth credentials for Zoom Admin vs MS Tenant Admin? My Zoom mgmt credentials not the same email etc as the MS Tenant so a different credential set is used at the permissions prompt. After accepting the prompt, I am punted to the Uh Oh page and no longer logged into Zoom's page.  I'd rather not build a custom Entra app.  Thx

The setting has completely disappeared for me now. Is anyone else still seeing it? If it's not there, does that mean it's now enabled by default?

This now worked for me.

We are good to go this morning too.  Can someone from Zoom support pls post some detail on the cause?  Thank you.

This is what I received from support on Saturday.

Our engineers determined what caused the "uh oh" page after authorizing the "Nested App Authentication" feature in Zoom. The details are not precise; however, the current consensus is that internal logic was not passing the authorization token to the correct server.

We are implementing a hotfix tonight (1/17) for the issue with the Nested App Authentication for Outlook add-in. Please attempt to re-configure the Nested App Authentication (NAA) sometime tomorrow or at your earliest convenience. You will not be required to take any additional steps other than what is outlined in our NAA support article.

Is anyone getting a "offline" message when they try to authenicate and save the change?  I've placed a ticket for this but concerned since the deadline is coming up.

Thank you.  I learned my specific issue had to do with my custom admin settings, I was set as a super admin.  I downgraded to super admin, and no longer got the error message.
