Hello Experts
I am one of the Zoom infrastructure admins and came across a user query regarding Zoom Rooms in our Zoom setup. The user relies on Google Calendar for scheduling. While the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on is already approved, I am looking for a solution where, when scheduling a meeting with a Zoom Room, the associated Meeting ID and password automatically populate in the Google Calendar event.
Is there a way to achieve this? Currently, users have to manually add the meeting details to the calendar.
Thank you!

You could set up a webhook to trigger a calendar invite ics that is properly formatted for google calendar to reflect as a Google calendar event with the associated meeting ID and password automatically populated. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets automatically send Google calendar event invites with the associated Zoom link, meeting ID and passcode automatically populated on the calendar invite.
