When a recorded class appears not to have recorded.

Last night, I taught a class online via zoom, and I was sure that I had recorded the class. However, when I logged on today to get the video and share with an absent student, there appears to be no recording.

Here’s two Zoom Support articles I’d recommend first:

https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058550 <- Cloud

 

If you still can’t find the recordings, you could submit a Support Ticket, but if you can’t find it, it’s highly unlikely Zoom can find it. 

For future classes, I highly recommend setting the meeting to Automatically record to the Cloud when setting up the meeting:
